Business Advisors shape the vision and strategy with the client, understanding the needs of the users/stakeholders, carrying out an elicitation of processes, data, and capabilities, and deriving the target processes and business requirements for the current and future solution. They define the methods and business analysis framework for projects/programs alongside the client. This includes performing requirements elicitation, modeling, and leadership activities. They will also be responsible for project planning, and problem-solving.
