About The Team The mission of our AML team is to push the next-generation AI infrastructure and recommendation platform for the ads ranking, search ranking, live & e-commerce ranking in our company. We also drive substantial impact on core businesses of the company. Responsibilities - Framework Design, Module Encapsulation/Development, and Model Optimization Tools Development; - Responsible for the design and implementation of the machine learning framework at the Python layer; - Responsible for the general and efficient encapsulation of model structures at the Layer/Module level; - Responsible for the design and development of components for model performance and effectiveness analysis; - Support the research and implementation of model algorithms related to various business areas within the company.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience - Familiar with at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, and knowledgeable about automatic differentiation implementation. - Familiar with basic network models such as DNN, CNN, and LSTM, and understand commonly used model architectures in search and recommendation. - Excellent programming skills, solid understanding of basic data structures, proficient in Python, and familiar with C++. - Outstanding framework design and interface encapsulation abilities, with knowledge of common design patterns. Preferred Qualifications - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the overall design and optimization of distributed training projects. - Familiarity with model computation efficiency optimization solutions for mainstream deep learning frameworks.
