Job Description
The Barman will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key duties involve managing the bar's organization, inventory, and cleanliness, as well as participating in menu development. The ideal candidate is passionate about service, adaptable, a team player, and possesses good product knowledge. Proficiency in English is essential, and an eco-responsible mindset is valued. This role also requires assisting the restaurant team during service.
Must have:
- Participate in menu development and suggest new items
- Energize the space and attract customers
- Organize and manage the bar (setup, supply)
- Ensure smooth service for customer satisfaction (welcome, quality, organization, speed, precision)
- Ensure cleanliness
- Guarantee quality of service and products
- Manage billing and follow-up if necessary
- Welcome customers and ensure their comfort
- Prepare and make aperitifs and cocktails
- Ensure quick response to customer requests
- Participate in monitoring and controlling bar operations
- Know the menu, inform and advise customers
- Versatility: Assist the restaurant team during service
