Job Description
This role involves contributing to the architectural design and product roadmap for banking and financing software products. The engineer will build solutions with collaborative R&D teams, focusing on continuous improvement of technology and processes. Responsibilities include challenging and supporting engineering practices, ensuring solution quality and efficiency, and mentoring the team. The position requires 6-8 years of experience, with a strong background in Java, Spring, microservices, and cloud computing, ideally with exposure to digital transformation and agile environments.
Good To Have:
- Excellent data structures & algorithms skills with exposure to digital transformation and digital technologies
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate, build relationships, and support in achieving broader organizational goals
- Experience in Technical design implementation using Microservices Design Principle/Pattern and Cloud Ready/Native application tech stack.
- Good exposure to working with large enterprise-grade components
- Good experience and understanding of working in an agile environment
- Good understanding of DevOps processes (CI/CD pipeline)
- Self-starter who can take initiative and get things done with minimal guidance.
- Prior experience in the banking or finance domain is a plus, but not necessary.

- Hands-on experience with Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot, MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with microservices architecture, Reactive programming using Spring Reactor, Redis (caching), Angular (GUI), and Cloud computing.

- Total Experience Expected: 06-08 Years
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
- Hands-on experience in delivering solutions based on Java and open-source technologies as an engineer in global organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, microservices architecture, Reactive programming using Spring Reactor, Redis (caching), Angular (GUI), and Cloud computing.
