Job Description
As a Sales Advisor, you will share a strong adventure with your team and customers, living the incredible KIABERS experience in-store. Your mission involves welcoming customers with a smile, offering look and fashion advice, and ensuring collections are well-presented to create a unique and human shopping experience. You will also be versatile, actively participating in store life across aisles, checkout, and fitting rooms. You should have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, versatility to handle intense store activity, a desire to learn, and be autonomous and proactive.
Must Have:
- Welcome customers with a smile and provide look and fashion advice.
- Ensure the implementation, hanging, and arrangement of collections in different departments.
- Actively participate in store life, being versatile in aisles, at checkout, or in fitting rooms.
- Possess passion, courtesy, welcoming attitude, versatility, strategic thinking, teamwork, dynamism, and a smile.
- Have a strong interest in the ready-to-wear and fashion sector.
- Be recognized for your ability to advise, support, and satisfy customers.
- Demonstrate versatility and capability to manage intense store activity.
- Be eager to learn and develop your skills.
- Be autonomous, capable of taking initiatives, and proactive.
