Get to know the Ebike drive unit development department!

Our Miskolc team, formed in the summer of 2019, works on the development of drive systems for electric-assisted bicycles (pedelecs). Our main task is the design, further development, and support of series production for these drive units.

Our systems provide intelligent power assistance, as an important element of modern mobility. This is made possible by the coordinated work of several specialized areas:

• Project Engineering and Management – managing product development projects.
• Documentation – precise registration of components in Bosch systems.
• Test Lab – tests performed with standard and self-developed test equipment.
• Development and Testing Experts – software, sensor, motor, hardware, and NVH support.
• Development Engineers – development of mechanical components, fine-tuning of drivetrains for reliable and efficient operation.

Your tasks:

• Getting to know the products, understanding their operation
• Leading product development projects
• Professional support and coordination of colleagues working on the project
• Supporting the launch, ramp-up, and development of manufacturing for new products
• Collaboration with relevant departments and suppliers
• Managing projects from quality, time management, and budgetary perspectives.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a degree in economics with a strong technical background
• Confident English language skills (German language knowledge is an advantage)
• Project management or leadership experience in another field
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
