Our team is constantly growing, and we are looking for talented people to join our expanding team and become Baseball Systems Operators.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology in top-flight sports leagues as part of a passionate and dynamic team.
Whilst we provide a number of services in MLB and MiLB, your primary focus will be live operational delivery of our tracking technology for MLB games during MLB Spring Training and the Regular Season. Before the season starts, you will be provided comprehensive technical training, and once the season is underway, you’ll be based in our Office, operating the baseball tracking system for our clients around the country.
Due to the nature of live Baseball operations, in-season, you will need to be prepared to work nights and weekends. Pre-season, you may also be required to travel within the US on maintenance and/or new system installation visits.

Working Hours: Due to the nature of the sports industry, there is often work on weekends and midweek evenings, and we are expected to fulfil our roles until the final pitch is thrown.
High-Pressure Situations: This role will involve working in a live broadcast environment on a production that is distributed to millions worldwide.
These factors offer different challenges on a daily basis as an operator. We will do our best to train you and support you to the best possible level in order to help you succeed and develop.
The hourly wage for this position is $25. This job posting is for a temporary role, and the selected individual will be employed through a third-party managed service provider. As a temporary employee, you may be eligible to enrol in benefits, at your cost, through the managed service provider
