We are looking for a talented person to join our MMB team at Marsh as a Benefits Manager. This position will be located in Monterrey, NL. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you for:
- Efficiently manage the assigned client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive solutions for the benefit of clients.
- Identify opportunities, develop and execute commercial strategies that contribute to the fulfillment of individual goals and those established for the benefits segment.
- Provide specialized advice and tailored solutions, based on their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and other business units to ensure a comprehensive approach to service offerings.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the teams involved in the attention of your portfolio.
- Stay updated with market trends, current regulations, and best practices in benefits management, to propose continuous improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses on benefits management and present recommendations that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the service.
What you need to have:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the benefits sector, preferably in brokerage, consulting skills and experience performing projections in benefits programs.
- Intermediate English (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios of different magnitudes
- Solid commercial skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work proactively in multidisciplinary teams.
- High customer orientation, with the ability to identify needs and propose effective solutions.
- Deep knowledge of local regulations applicable to benefits management.
- Analytical capacity (claims analysis, handling of factors for cost determination) and complex problem-solving using Microsoft suite (xls, ppt, word, teams mainly)
- Ability to execute effective commercial strategies, driving growth and profitability.

- Additional degrees or certifications in benefits management, insurance or risk consulting.
