We are seeking an experienced BI Architect with deep expertise in Power BI and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will lead the BI strategy, architecture, and governance processes while mentoring a team of BI developers and Data analysts. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable BI solutions using Power BI and Azure services, defining BI architecture, data models, security models, and best practices for enterprise reporting. The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders, overseeing data governance, and optimizing Power BI datasets for performance. Experience with LLMs like OpenAI, Langchain, and Lama is a plus.

You will lead the BI strategy, architecture, and governance processes while mentoring a team of BI developers and Data analysts. --- Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement scalable BI solutions using Power BI and Azure services. * Define BI architecture, data models, security models, and best practices for enterprise reporting. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven insights. * Good Understanding on LLMs like OpenAI, Langchain, Lama * Oversee data governance, metadata management, and Power BI workspace design. * Optimize Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards for performance and usability. * Establish standards for data visualization, development lifecycle, version control, and deployment. * Lead and mentor BI developers, ensuring adherence to coding and architectural standards. * Integrate Power BI with other applications using APIs, Power Automate, or embedded analytics. * Monitor and troubleshoot production BI systems, ensuring high availability and data accuracy. --- Required Qualifications: * Overall 12+ years of exp with minimum 7–8+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, M/Power Query, custom visuals, performance tuning). * Strong expertise in Azure services including but not limited to: * Azure SQL Database * Azure Data Lake * Azure Functions * Azure DevOps * Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and dimensional modeling concepts. * Proficient in SQL, data transformation, and data governance principles. * Experience in managing enterprise-level Power BI implementations with large user bases and complex security needs. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence BI strategy across departments. * Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric architecture and its components. * Proven track record of managing BI teams of 6 or more, providing both technical leadership and team development.
