Job Description

This Billing System Analyst role involves setting up customer billing schedules, processing and analyzing data, and producing invoices and reports for Managed Service Customers. The position requires scheduling monthly activities with internal and external teams and directly supporting customers via phone and email for billing or application issues. As the first level of escalation for production incidents, the role demands strong problem-solving and time management skills. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, a minimum of 4 years of IT experience, good communication skills, and business English proficiency.
Must have:
  • Setting up customer’s billing schedules and procedures
  • Processing and analyzing data
  • Producing invoices and billing reports for Managed Service Customers
  • Scheduling monthly activities with internal and external teams
  • Supporting Managed Service customers directly by phone and e-mail
  • Addressing billing or application questions and issues
  • Acting as the first level of escalation for all production incidents
  • Possessing sound problem solving skills
  • Possessing sound time management skills
  • Overseeing production activities of other Billing Analysts (when assigned)
  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment under general supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the IT area
  • Good communication skills and customer connection
  • Proficient in English in a business environment
Good to have:
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux Basic
  • Experience with database basic (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Experience with basic knowledge in common scripting languages (Perl, Python, Groovy, Ruby, bash)

Job Details

We are looking for a Billing System Analyst || who will:

Setting up customer’s billing schedules and procedures, processing and analyzing data, producing invoices and billing reports for Managed Service Customers and scheduling monthly activities with both internal and external teams. This position supports Managed Service customers directly by phone and e-mail to address their billing or application questions and issues. The Billing Analyst is the first level of escalation for all production incidents and therefore requires sound problem solving and time management skills. A Billing Analyst may be asked to oversee the production activities of other Billing Analysts when assigned to do so. This role will exercise discretion and independent judgment under general supervision.
