Architect – Encompass (Singleview)

Hi, I’m Aswathi your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We’re excited to learn more about you and how your experience can strengthen our Encompass (Singleview) product team. This is a senior-level technical role where you’ll contribute to the design, evolution, and innovation of our telecom billing platform.

We are looking for an Architect – Encompass (Singleview) who will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and integration strategies.
• Partner in architectural discussions, decisions, design and implementations by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirement to architectural solutions.
• Architect, design and document solutions involving Encompass (Singleview). Take complete ownership of the solution in full or in part.
• Solve complex technical challenges creatively, proactively, & independently, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Act as a hands-on technical partner, contributing to the implementation of scalable, high-performing systems.
• Own and document technical processes, system specifications, and architectural standards.
• Identify system design challenges and proactively recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
• Mentor other members of the team.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Over 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture roles.
• Possess 2+ years of direct experience with Encompass (Singleview) billing or implementation.
• Have strong technical knowledge in system design, integration, and Encompass product configuration.
• 3 years of design experience in Encompass (Singleview)
• Are proficient in collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-complexity environments.
• Can mentor development teams and contribute to architectural governance across projects.
• Ability and willingness to do coding/configuration within Encompass, if the situation demands, will be a plus.
