The Process Engineer will monitor and establish production processes, machinery, resources, and environment, focusing on optimizing productivity and unit cost. Key responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, managing the introduction of new machines and products, defining operational methods for efficiency, and implementing production strategies. The role requires an engineering degree, manufacturing experience, advanced English, and knowledge of project management methodologies like PMBOK and Scrum.

Must Have

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in projects/improvements
  • Manage changes and introduction of machines, products, and personnel
  • Define methods for productivity, cost, control, and operational efficiency
  • Define and implement production capacities and resources
  • Monitor production capacity and capability, establishing relevant indicators
  • Define and implement strategies for new products, machinery, or production processes
  • Monitor/lead projects involving process, machine, and/or product definition
  • Generate necessary documentation for machines, processes, and/or products
  • Conduct training for areas involved in processes
  • Conduct costing and detailed investment/ROI analysis
  • Lead and manage diverse projects
  • Follow and replicate Lean philosophy
  • Engineering degree
  • Experience in manufacturing/production area
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of project management (PMBOK and Scrum)

Process Engineer

This position is on-site at our Barueri unit.

Summary

Monitor and establish processes, machinery, resources, and production environment, focusing on optimizing productivity and unit cost.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in projects/improvements;
  • Manage the alteration and introduction of machines, products, and personnel;
  • Define the respective methods, aiming for productivity, cost, control, and operational efficiency;
  • Define and implement production capacities and necessary resources for operation;
  • Monitor production capacity and capability, establishing pertinent indicators;
  • Define and implement strategies for new products, machinery, or production processes;
  • Monitor/lead projects and activities involving the definition of processes, machines, and/or products;
  • Generate any necessary documentation for machines, processes, and/or products;
  • Conduct training, when necessary, for areas involved in processes;
  • Conduct costing and detailed investment, ROI analysis;
  • Conduct and manage projects of diverse natures;
  • Follow and replicate the Lean philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree.
  • Experience in a productive area – manufacturing.
  • Advanced English.
  • Notions of project management (PMBOK and Scrum).
