We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and support our global operations. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and focuses on day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, invoicing, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

  • Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
  • Oversee and execute the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, including invoice entry, vendor communication, and payment runs for both Israeli and U.S. entities.
  • Perform and/or review invoicing & collections activities related to Order to Cash (OTC) process
  • Perform and reconcile bank, credit card, payables, and receivables accounts.
  • Support any internal or external audit processes including the preparation of requested documents and interactions with auditors.

Communicate with various internal stakeholders (e.g., operations and legal teams) to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
