Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing publishing and communication strategies for self-published titles, providing direction to department specialists, and collaborating with the producer to optimize workloads. This role involves establishing annual goals, creating publishing plans, monitoring product performance, and contributing to the growth of the publishing department. The Brand Manager will also be a member of the executive board, reporting directly to the studio director.

Brand Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement publishing strategies for our self-published titles.
  • Create and evolve the communication strategy for our brands.
  • Provide direction and strategy to other department specialists.
  • Collaborate with the department producer to plan, optimize workloads, and produce best results.
  • Contribute to the growth of our publishing department by detecting and promoting new opportunities.

Description of the Job

  • Establish annual goals for our publishing department and implement the required strategy to achieve them.
  • Create a publishing plan for every release and plan for its execution, in collaboration with our publishing producer. Direct, activate and monitor (with the help of our producer) all the communication initiatives for activation, notoriety and growth of our brands.
  • Collaborate with the department producer to activate, in the most effective way, our team of specialists: user acquisition, creative, community manager, release manager and sales.
  • Identify tasks that are outside the scope of our team of specialists and collaborate with our publishing producer to effectively outsource those.
  • Monitor performance of our self-published products, proposing KPI, collecting performance and market context, and provide actionable intel for the rest of the department (and even the development team).
  • Be a member of the executive board of directors for the studio, and report directly to the studio director.

Requirements

  • Wide experience in marketing strategies and game publishing on digital stores.
  • Analytical, well organized and result oriented mind-set.
  • Growth mind-set: you will be personally responsible for expanding your toolset of marketing and publishing techniques, as well as provide and request feedback from peers.
  • Leadership skills as the team will look up to you to determine what’s to be done and why.
  • English C1 or equivalent level.

Additional information

  • Type of contract:
  • Long term position. 40 hours/week contract.
  • From 45k gross annual salary depending on experience.
  • Workplace at either Sevilla or Tenerife facilities. Remote work available as well.
