Description -
This role is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic business plans and initiatives within the organization. The post holder will work on complex problems where review of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. The role provides valuable advice to management across various domains and manages cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective business planning.
The role formulates highly complex statistical and financial models for forecasting and defines KPIs and metrics to measure business performance. We are looking for an someone to join the Global Collaboration Services Team. You will be responsible for supporting the EMEA renewals sales team.
Responsibilities
Manages complex data and business analysis to develop business plans and identifies recommendations and insights.
Works efficiently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance, coach others on model development.
Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
Manages complex, time-sensitive market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications.
Contributes to priority projects by adding business performance insights and developing recommendations.
Partners with management to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.
Supports in the development of go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for enabling key business decisions.
Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and technical expertise in areas such as business planning, operational management, and financial analysis.
Education & Experience Recommended
Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
