The Business Consultant will support and grow Digital Identity & Fraud solutions, working with a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities include delivering product demos, understanding client needs, developing solutions, leading Proof of Concepts, and collaborating with internal teams. The consultant will also manage the sales pipeline, stay informed on industry trends, and maintain expertise on LSEG's product offerings. The role requires proactive problem-solving and client engagement to drive value and prevent fraud. They will work in a fast-paced, innovative team environment.
Must have:

Job Description Summary

LSEG is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Consultant to support and grow our Digital Identity & Fraud solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and client engagement—someone who is eager to learn, solve problems, and help customers succeed.

You will work with a diverse range of clients from large strategic enterprises to innovative startups on compelling use cases that drive real value and prevent fraud. Your insights will also help influence our product roadmap through direct feedback and industry expertise.  
 


Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and tailored product demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understand client needs and develop comprehensive, value-driven solutions.
  • Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and contribute to proposals as well as Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Be comfortable trying a new product, process, or use case and learning through doing. Able to find solutions and answers through investigations and even through trial and error.                                               
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create custom solutions that enhance client value.
  • Navigate and optimize how our offerings integrate with third-party products.
  • Manage your sales opportunity pipeline and apply product knowledge to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
  • Maintain expertise on LSEGs product offerings.


Qualifications/Experience:

  • 3+ years of digital identity, KYC, authentication, verification, and/or cybersecurity experience in client facing roles is preferred. Clients may also be resellers/integrators/channel partners
  • Information Technology or Engineer background- or technology-centric job experience across channels—web, mobile, API, and UX
  • Experience with one or more of the following industry sectors: Financial Institutions/payment service providers, insurance, wealth management, healthcare, ecommerce (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative team that has all of the benefits of the world-renowned London Stock Exchange group.
  • Previous pre-sales experience for software or technical products is highly valued
  • Comfortable working with APIs, understanding JSON (request / response, etc.)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and ability to support sales acceleration
  • Knowledge of the digital identity, verification, authentication, and cybersecurity industry
  • High-level spreadsheet skills and ability to work with large data sets
