FormX.ai processes over 800,000 documents monthly for clients like MTR in Hong Kong and a large telecom in Singapore, supporting US law firms and fintech KYC onboarding. They are expanding and seeking a driven sales expert to manage existing markets and explore new territories. This role is for someone excited to sell a product with proven impact and grow with a dynamic, early-stage team.
Must have:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for FormX.ai.
  • Consult clients on tailored workflow solutions using FormX.ai's AI capabilities.
  • Craft and execute outbound business development strategies.
  • Utilize network to establish a consistent pipeline of high-value prospects.
  • Conduct pitches and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline growth.
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS software sales experience (fresh graduates considered for executive roles).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Excel in presenting and communicating value to C-level executives.
  • Ability to understand and present software solutions effectively.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated attitude.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by pitching FormX.ai

’s document automation to prospects across various industries.

’s AI capabilities, supported by the team, to consult clients on tailored workflow solutions.

  • Craft and execute outbound business development strategies, focusing on lead generation, nurturing and conversion.
  • Utilize existing connections and network to establish a consistent pipeline of high-value prospects.
  • Conduct pitches and close deals with corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline growth.

What You Will Bring

  • With 2+ years of B2B SaaS software sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a hunger for further success.
  • Possess strong written and spoken English skills to engage confidently with clients.
  • Excel in presenting and communicating value to C-level executives like CIOs and CTOs.
  • Show an ability to understand and present software solutions effectively, with training provided.
