As a flagship product of Oursky, FormX.ai leverages pioneering AI to transform physical documents into structured digital data. The team is currently looking for a Growth Marketing expert to spearhead innovative B2B marketing strategies with a focus on ABM and lead nurturing to own the full marketing funnel. You will be hands on in campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis to drive business growth.

What You Will Do

• Research our ideal customers, define their pain points, and craft messages that resonate with them.
• Create targeted account lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and run cold outreach campaigns via different platforms.
• Design lead nurture campaigns, implement SEO strategies, and create compelling lead magnets to convert prospects into opportunities and drive organic traffic to FormX.ai.
• Build sales materials like presentations and case studies to highlight FormX.ai ’s value and support the sales team.
• Lead the overall funnel progression by tracking and analyzing campaign performance through key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and ROI to optimize results and drive growth in FormX.ai's annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Represent our company and showcase FormX.ai at virtual and physical events, where your presentation skills will shine

What You Will Bring

• 2+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS (fresh graduates with a strong start-up mindset are also welcome)
• Demonstrate strong communication and storytelling skills to create compelling content for PR and marketing purposes.
• Show familiarity with SEO, web analytics for optimizing and tracking performance.
• Have experience with AI tools, including "vibe coding," and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• An outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with customers, conducting research, and delivering compelling presentations at both virtual and physical events
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese is a must
