Xsolla is seeking a Business Development Manager, Partner Network to join their Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team. The role requires a strategic, relationship-driven individual with deep knowledge of the gaming and influencer ecosystems. The primary responsibility is to build and scale partnerships between game developers, publishers, and gaming influencers. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong business development, negotiation, and partnership management skills, and have experience in gaming, influencer marketing, or digital campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding influencers, developing relationships with developers/publishers, negotiating terms, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams. Fluency in Arabic is required.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in influencer marketing/business development in gaming
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok)
  • Proven experience with game developers/publishers and influencer campaigns
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze metrics
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming communities
  • Fluent Arabic speaker
Good to have:
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Rainmaker.gg)
  • Experience with CRMs and task management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira)
  • Previous experience with influencer monetization programs
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing in gaming

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, Partner Network who is relationship-driven, strategic, and deeply knowledgeable about the gaming and influencer ecosystems to join our Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to build and scale partnerships between game developers, publishers, and gaming influencers.
Strong business development, negotiation, and partnership management skills are essential, along with experience in gaming, influencer marketing, or digital campaigns. The ability to understand campaign objectives, match them with the right talent, and drive measurable success across all stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and onboard influencers and their agencies to participate in XPN campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-tier and AAA developers/publishers to drive long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with game developers and publishers to understand their campaign objectives and match them with suitable influencers.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and incentives with influencers and agencies.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to influencers and developers for maximizing campaign success.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and gaming industry developments.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, design, and legal, to enhance influencer onboarding processes.

Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other content platforms.
  • Proven experience working with game developers, publishers, and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers and agencies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing influencer performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of gaming communities.
  • Ability to speak fluent Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Rainmaker.gg, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, etc.).
  • Experience with CRMs and task management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Atlas, and Confluence, etc.).
  • Previous experience working with influencer monetization programs and revenue-sharing models.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies within gaming.
