Xplor is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Spain to expand its client portfolio in the Fitness & Wellbeing sector. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and identifying needs to contract signing and client relationship follow-up. The BDM will focus on building lasting partnerships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful client integration. Xplor provides intuitive cloud-based tech solutions and secure payment platforms for small and medium businesses.

Job Description

The main objective of the Business Development Manager (BDM) position is to develop our client portfolio in the Fitness & Wellbeing sector.

You will participate in the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and identifying needs, to signing contracts and following up on client relationships. The goal: to establish lasting partnerships where the value created for the client translates into long-term value for Xplor.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships using a consultative sales approach.
  • Achieve your commercial objectives and be responsible for your results.
  • Proactively and effectively prospect and develop your client portfolio.
  • Identify new opportunities and generate your own leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support demand generation.
  • Accompany prospects throughout the sales cycle until contract signing.
  • Work closely with the support, implementation, and customer service teams to ensure the successful integration of new clients.

This position comes with a commission structure and a monthly car allowance.

Requirements

What if it were you?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in solution sales in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in software sales would be a great added value.
  • You have your own vehicle to visit your prospects and develop your sales in the field.
  • You have already demonstrated your ability to achieve your objectives through a diversified offering (software, payments, value-added services).
  • You have experience in onboarding new clients and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • You know how to identify opportunities and close win-win deals.
  • You have a strong desire for success, with the ability to motivate yourself and others.
  • You are comfortable interacting with all types of interlocutors and know how to establish trusting relationships with your key contacts.
  • You also enjoy personally visiting your prospects to develop your sales.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You have already used a commercial CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
