As a Business Development Representative, you will collaborate with the sales team to build a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. This role requires integrity, initiative, business acumen, creativity, discipline, and a focus on performance metrics. Must Have:
  • Research, pre-qualify, and identify prospective organizations and key contacts
  • Create and execute outbound cadences for email, phone, LinkedIn
  • Maintain approximately 50 outbound calls/day to engage prospects
  • Secure commitment from prospects to attend a brief demo or meeting
  • Collaborate with team to progress opportunities through the sales process
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via call, email, or chat
  • Consistently meet and exceed business goals
  • 1 to 2 years of Business Development Rep work experience
  • Strong web and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Google applications
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative your responsibility is to collaborate with the sales team to build a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research, pre-qualify, and identify prospective organizations and key contacts within an organization
  • Create and execute outbound cadences for email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Maintain approximately 50 outbound calls/day to key prospects to engage in conversations designed to determine interest and business fit
  • Secure commitment from prospects to attend a brief demo or meeting to learn more about Reltio
  • Collaborate with your team to progress opportunities through the sales process
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via call, email, or chat to help prospects learn about Reltio’s capabilities
  • Consistently meet and exceed business goals
