We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed startup working with leading teams in product, marketing, investing, and consumer insights. We’re scaling quickly and looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Generate Pipeline & Meetings
- Meet or exceed monthly prospecting quotas through targeted outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Qualify inbound leads to ensure strong fit and readiness for sales conversations.
- Book meetings and build early-stage pipeline for Account Executives.
- Develop and test creative initiatives to generate meetings and pipeline
- Expand Strella’s Market Reach
- Research and engage ideal customer profiles across product, UX, insights, and strategy functions.
- Represent Strella at conferences and tradeshows, driving net-new opportunities.
- Improve Sales Process & GTM Execution
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging, share prospect insights, and help shape our go-to-market strategy.
- Contribute to internal projects improving sales playbooks, prospecting efficiency, and tools.

- Prior customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, service) or BDR/SDR experience is a plus.
- Bonus: familiarity with research or insight-driven industries
