Job Description

The Business Interlock Manager partners with client stakeholders on training needs analysis, designs learning solutions, and guides the LEDD Operations team. This role is responsible for the overall design of learning interventions, managing the development pipeline, and ensuring project execution according to design, quality, budget, and milestone standards. Key responsibilities include managing learning solutions, stakeholder relationships, and driving data-based decision making for learning programs.
Must have:
  • Partner with client stakeholders on training needs analysis.
  • Build conceptual designs and provide learning solutions.
  • Guide LEDD Operations team to execute design.
  • Responsible for overall design of learning interventions.
  • Manage overall development pipeline.
  • Support and ensure execution of projects and Academies.
  • Manage learning solutions including registration and vendor management.
  • Evaluate inputs for learning strategy.
  • Develop a point of view on learning strategy.
  • Oversee design of learning strategy framework.
  • Understand client’s business drivers, needs, and priorities.
  • Recommend potential learning approaches/solutions.
  • Curate learning assets for curriculum/solution.
  • Document learning requirements in PLB/summary deck.
  • Review and map project source content, identify gaps.
  • Draft initial scope/budget for solutions.
  • Generate and negotiate options.
  • Oversee maintenance of existing curriculum.
  • Partner with client on 90-day learning planning.
  • Review pipeline weekly/monthly/quarterly with client.
  • Project spend and staffing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Guide client through design-deploy-delivery journey.
  • Identify and solve client pain points.
  • Analyze and present metrics for data-based decision making.
  • Plan and facilitate project calls.
  • Define and assess effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Lead weekly status meetings, address risks/issues.
  • Provide inputs to quarterly and annual client budget.
  • Partner with Operations Lead on staff planning, recruitment, onboarding.
  • Focus on value-added activities and process improvement.
  • Determine Relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Align metrics with Business Outcomes.
  • Design a Structured Evaluation Framework.
  • Determine Data Collection Methods.
  • Analyze, Interpret and Evaluate data.
Good to have:
  • Experience in learning and talent strategy development
  • Awareness of current trends in learning including AI, VR, Storytelling etc
  • Working knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelines

What would you do? The Business Interlock Manager partners with client stakeholders on the training needs analysis process, builds conceptual designs, provides learning solutions, and guides the LEDD Operations team to execute the design. The Business Interlock is responsible for the overall design of learning interventions and is also responsible for managing the overall development pipeline. The Business Interlock directly supports and has overall accountability for execution of projects and Academies according to design, process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. Talent Development process Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project)
  • Ability to network and build positive relationships with client, business stakeholders, vendors and Accenture teams

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Learning Strategy
  • Evaluate inputs for the learning strategy (including leveraging of talent roadmaps and other talent management tools to support learning plans and the business area s broader talent strategy)
  • Develop a point of view on the learning strategy
  • Oversee the design of the learning strategy framework for the capability/ specialization, showing how learners will progress across proficiency levels
  • Curriculum/Learning Solution Planning
  • Proactively understand the client’s business drivers, needs, and priorities
  • Recommend the potential learning approach/program/solutions
  • Curate learning assets identified for the curriculum/solution
  • Document learning requirements in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB) and/or summary deck
  • Review and map project source content, identifying any gaps
  • Draft the initial scope/budget for the solution
  • Generate and negotiate options, as needed
  • Oversee the maintenance of existing curriculum to ensure continued relevance to target audience, skills, proficiency level
  • Pipeline/Demand Planning
  • Partner with the client on 90-day learning planning; documenting priorities, scope, and timelines
  • Connect with the client to review the pipeline weekly/monthly/quarterly
  • Project the spend and staffing requirements
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Guide the client along the design-deploy-delivery journey
  • Connect actively with the client to identify and solve for pain points
  • Analyze & present metrics to drive data-based decision making
  • Operations Management
  • Plan and facilitate project calls to align the Client on goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
  • Define and assess effectiveness of the learning programs
  • Lead weekly status meetings, and provide guidance to address risks and issues
  • Provide inputs to quarterly and annual Client budget development
  • Partner with the Operations Lead on staff planning, recruitment, onboarding work assignments and team engagement
