We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Management Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support various operational functions, including staffing, onboarding support, data analysis, initiatives coordination, as well as reporting on KPIs across our career line of business at Mercer Middle East. Must have:
  • Support staffing platform updates, access management, and training for new joiners.
  • Coordinate and follow up with project managers to ensure staffing allocations are accurate and up to date.
  • Support monthly forecasting, reconciliation of time charges, and generation of status reports.
  • Assist in ensuring onboarding processes and key activities take place as per plan.
  • Curate learning lists on learning platform (Degreed), coordinate with training providers, and support logistical arrangements for training sessions.
  • Participate in initiatives committees, follow up with initiative leads, and track/report progress.
  • Support miscellaneous activities such as preparing materials for board meetings, updating Teams site access, and team meeting materials.
  • Contribute to operational business processes to ensure they are functioning effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining documentation of processes for circulation as needed.

We will count on you to:

  • Working closely with the rest of the business and support function teams, you will be expected to:
  • Support staffing platform updates, access management, and training for new joiners.
  • Coordinate and follow up with project managers to ensure staffing allocations are accurate and up to date.
  • Support monthly forecasting, reconciliation of time charges, and generation of status reports.
  • Assist in ensuring onboarding processes and key activities take place as per plan.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, data management, or a similar role, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
