Job Description

Marsh McLennan is seeking a Business Management Analyst for their Business Management team in Mexico City. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office. The analyst will support senior leadership in strategic initiatives, prepare performance reports, manage operational metrics, handle invoicing and billing with vendors, lead projects, act as a liaison, and monitor compliance. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business management, intermediate Excel, advanced English, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Must have:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present reports on business performance
  • Manage operational metrics, invoicing, and billing processes with vendors
  • Lead or support key projects, ensuring timely delivery
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership, teams, and external partners
  • Monitor compliance with policies and regulations
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, or related fields
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Advanced to fluent English
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with project management tools, data analysis software, and billing/invoicing processes

We are seeking a talented Business Management Analyst to join our Business Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count you on to:

  • Support senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
