Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Management Analyst to join our Business Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count you on to:

• Support senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports on business performance, operational metrics, invoicing, billing with vendors, and project status to inform decision-making.
• Manage operational metrics, ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes with vendors, and resolve related issues.
• Lead or support key projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Act as a liaison between senior leadership, teams, and external partners, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulations, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, or related fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced to fluent English.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with project management tools, data analysis software, and billing/invoicing processes.
