This Business Management Operations role within the Field Service Organization (FSO) focuses on leveraging Taiwan's Best Known Methods (BKM) of business operation models, including parts delivery, parts order, and TKM operation, and transferring them to overseas regions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in standardizing processes and optimizing business operations across various countries, enhancing overall business results through methodology transfer and process optimization.
Must have:
  • Support FSO TSMC account overseas business delivery through process standardization and optimization across countries.
  • Lead the transfer of methodologies, and best practices to overseas teams.
  • Manage the order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing slot request, booking closure and shipment for individual customer or region.
  • Work in cross functional groups to translate customer configuration requirements into buildable systems within manufacturing business guidelines
  • Work with Product Line Managers or Product Managers and Engineering to determine and process Non-standard requests (NSRs) from customers
  • Communicate status and maintenance of commitments to customers, including source inspections
  • Primary interface with Manufacturing Project Managers. Coordinate communications of order shipment status & configuration changes between manufacturing and account teams
  • Escalate to Account Team management as needed to resolve booking or revenue issues
  • Prepare clean booking checklist (CBC) to ensure all booking requirements (e.g., purchase orders, spec demonstration approvals (SDA), clarification letters, etc.) are complete
  • Initiate customer requested inside lead-time change requests for approvals

  • Bachelor's degree or above

What You’ll Do

Now we are looking for a Business Management Operations leverages Taiwan's Best Known Methods (BKM) of business operation model and transferring them to overseas to enhance overall business results, includes parts delivery, parts order, TKM operation model…etc. This role belongs to FSO (Field Service Organization). The ideal candidate will play a key role in methodology transfer and process optimization for business operation model across regions and countries.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support FSO TSMC account overseas business delivery through process standardization and optimization across countries.
  • Lead the transfer of methodologies, and best practices to overseas teams.
  • Manage the order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing slot request, booking closure and shipment for individual customer or region.
  • Work in cross functional groups to translate customer configuration requirements into buildable systems within manufacturing business guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years above experience in semiconductor industry. Needs to be familiar with AGS after-service operation model, includes parts delivery, parts order, TKM operation model…etc.
  • Welcome internal candidate who is familiar with AGS operation model, ex: CE Lead, Service Manager, business/supplier chain related role.
  • Education background: Bachelor's degree or above. Welcome both Engineering or non-Engineering Majors
  • Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.
  • Language: Must to be able to communicate in English and Mandarin
