Job Description

This role requires managing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to define reporting needs and create dashboards providing actionable insights. Responsibilities include serving as the technical point of contact for integrating Power BI dashboards with other systems, troubleshooting integration issues, and optimizing data connections. Further responsibilities encompass automating key processes in NetSuite, supporting report extraction and editing, assisting with Workfront project setup and user onboarding, and acting as the central point of contact for the business operations team's tool suite. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Description:

Power BI Dashboard Management:

  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and regular updates of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to define reporting needs and tailor dashboards for actionable insights.

Technical Point of Contact for Dashboard Integrations:

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for integrating Power BI dashboards with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data connections to enhance dashboard performance.

NetSuite Automation and Reporting Support:

  • Assist with automating key processes in NetSuite to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to implement and test new automation workflows.
  • Support extraction and editing of business operations reports.

Workfront Project Setup Support:

  • Assist in setting up projects within Workfront, ensuring configurations align with team goals and reporting needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new Workfront users, providing guidance on system features.

Business Operations Tools Coordination and Support:

  • Act as the central point of contact for the business operations team’s tool suite, managing issues, licenses, and user access.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to existing tools to boost productivity and streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business operations, project management, or data analytics.
  • Proficient in using Dashboard and Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau.
  • Experience with ERP and PSA systems, including D365 Resource and Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of dashboard integration, automation, and data management best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
