Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Business Operations Manager to streamline and enhance operational processes and drive cross-functional excellence. This role involves leading the design and implementation of operational strategies, managing day-to-day business functions, and optimizing workflows across the organization. Collaboration with various departments is key to ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, analyzing data for strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-departmental collaborations and resource allocations, working with partners in Facilities, Global Services, IS&T, Finance, and Security, and focusing on financial and operational budget and Capex development and support. Vendor network development, management, and evaluation are also crucial aspects of this role.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Operations Manager to streamline and enhance our operational processes and drive cross-functional excellence.
The Business Operations Manager will lead the design and implementation of operational strategies, manage day-to-day business functions, and optimize workflows across the organization. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The role will report to the Americas Portfolio Management Office Manager. Responsibilities will include: - Oversee day-to-day operations and team performance - Analyze data to develop strategic initiatives to optimize processes - Analyze data and coordinate cross-departmental collaborations and resource allocations - Work cross-functionally the the Regional Facilities, Global Services, IS&T, Finance and Security partners - Focus on financials, operational budget and Capex development and support - Vendor network development, management and evaluation
