Business Process Analyst

Who We're Looking For

A highly skilled Business Analyst with a specialized focus on contract and vendor management and procurement to pay processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep analytical capabilities, particularly in data validation and cleansing, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Key Responsibilities

Contract and Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms.

Procurement to Pay Processes:

• Streamline and optimize procurement to pay processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless transaction flows.
• Implement best practices in procurement and payment cycles.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and process improvements.

Data Validation and Cleansing:

• Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to manage large datasets.
• Develop and maintain data standards and procedures.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and ERP systems is a plus.

Experience, Education, and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract and vendor management and procurement processes.
