Tennr is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Revenue Operations. The role involves owning and managing the Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack, including Salesforce, DealHub, Gong, Outreach, and Monday.com, ensuring optimal configuration and workflow automation. Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements and automation, creating analytics dashboards and reports across the GTM tech stack, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Post-Sales teams. The analyst will also manage user accounts, permissions, and create documentation and training for GTM systems. The position is based in NYC and requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field with 2-5 years of CRM system administration experience.

About Tennr:

Today, when you go to your doctor and need to be referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends a fax (yes, in 2024, 90% of provider-provider communication is a 1980s fax). These are often converted into 20+ page PDFs, with handwritten (doctor’s handwriting!) notes, in thousands of different formats. The problem is so complex that a person has to read it, type it up, and manually enter your information. Tennr built RaeLLM™ (7B—trained on 3M+ documents) to read these docs, talk to your doc to ensure nothing is missed, and text you to help schedule your appointment so you can get better, faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Systems Administration: Own and manage our GTM tech stack - including Salesforce, DealHub, Gong, Outreach, Monday.com - to ensure optimal configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation across sales, marketing, and customer experience.

  • Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, leveraging automation (e.g., custom flows and cross-platform integrations) to increase efficiency and reduce friction across teams.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain analytics layer (dashboard and reports) across the entire GTM tech stack, based on reporting needs for each function.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth workflows, consistency in data, and alignment on GTM processes.

  • User Management: Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls within GTM tech stack.

  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes & configurations related to GTM systems and train end-users on functionalities and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2-5+ years of experience with CRM system administration (both Hubspot and Salesforce), including configuration, reporting, and integration with other business systems.

  • Salesforce Administration Certification is a big plus.

  • Experience creating architecture and process flow diagrams and documentation

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI are a plus).

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally teams and communicate complex data in an understandable way

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies through CRM and system enhancements.

Additional Info

This is an in-person role in our NYC office and reports to the Revenue Operations Manager on the Business Operations team.
