Job Description

The job involves leading the planning, coordination, and optimization of omnichannel campaigns for high-profile brands, acting as the main client contact, and ensuring a consistent experience across all digital channels. Responsibilities include leading campaign execution, building relationships with clients, designing and maintaining campaign blueprints, coordinating workshops, defining test plans, optimizing user journeys, managing project timelines, and overseeing execution quality. This role also involves developing customer experience metrics and KPIs for executive reporting. Hogarth, part of WPP, partners with top global brands, offering solutions to navigate the changing world of content experience.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of marketing campaign execution experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign analytics.
  • Experience in journey mapping and orchestrating multichannel campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Good to have:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist and Administrator certifications.
  • Experience analyzing customer metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and its digital channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in scoring models (RFM or others).

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in digital marketing and omnichannel campaign execution to lead the planning, coordination, and optimization of campaigns for high-profile brands. This role serves as the key client contact, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of omnichannel campaigns, aligning brand and country objectives with digital marketing strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, building trust and managing communication across internal and external teams.
  • Design and maintain campaign blueprints, using data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate workshops with brand teams to drive adoption of omnichannel campaigns.
  • Define test plans and collaborate on monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Optimize user journeys in collaboration with brand and country teams.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and scope changes across projects.
  • Oversee execution quality against industry standards and propose continuous improvements.
  • Develop key customer experience metrics and KPIs for executive-level reporting.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution (nurturing, drip, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience in journey mapping and orchestration of multichannel campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist and Administrator (Consultant is a plus).
  • Experience analyzing customer metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and its digital channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in scoring models (RFM or others).
