The position is based at the Center of Excellence located in Asunción (Paraguay).

Bookkeeper will be responsible for cash management related activities of the America´s assigned countries / legal entities.

Will report to the Cash Management Team Leader, collaborate with other colleagues, and work closely with Corporate Treasury and other corporate and regional functions.

Main responsibilities

• Account payables activities (A/P).
• Account receivables activities (A/R) -without including collection management.
• Bank transactions.
• Cash flow activities, actual and forecast.
• Account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.
• Invoicing activities.
• Month-end-closing activities, including corporate reporting.
• Attention to internal and external audit.

Job Requirements

Job requirements

• Technical: degree in Accounting, Economy or Business Administration, or advance student.
• Experience: 1-2 years of A/P, A/R and/or Invoicing experience, mainly in multinational companies.
• Soft skills: Analytical. Critical thinking. Problem-solving. Assertive communication.
• Languages: English. Spanish. Portuguese (highly required).
