The Business Operations Specialist plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, process standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.

This role supports the Business Operations team in identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and ensuring best practices are implemented globally to enable smarter, faster, and more scalable business execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document and optimize core business processes including Opportunity-to-Booking, PO process, Partner/PRM operations to improve speed, accuracy and scalability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, BI, IT and other key stakeholders to align business processes and optimize core systems - CRM, PRM, reporting, and commissions - ensuring operational excellence and reliable data flow across the organization.
• Participate in change-management efforts: assist with rollout of new or enhanced processes, build training materials, support global/regional enablement, and act as a best-practice ambassador.
• Support continuous improvement projects and strategic initiatives (for example: Annual Operating Planning, cross-regional process alignment, automation opportunities) to drive operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field
• Experience: 2–5 years in Business Operations, Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or Revenue Operations - ideally within a tech or global environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with CPQ (experience with DealHub CPQ and Tableau BI is a plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English
