We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our talent acquisition activity in our Israeli HQ site. This position plays a key role in contributing to the company’s talent strategy, with a focus on Talent Acquisition practices, candidates and managers’ experience, reporting to the VP People and Talent, HQ.

Job Requirements

  • B.A degree in relevant study, M.A advantage
  • 5+ years of experience hiring in house for technical roles
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
  • Knowledge and experience in various sourcing tools, and building quality pipelines
  • Experience in leading internal referral campaigns
  • Great team player, innovative and proactive, create collaborative relationships with candidates and business partners
  • Comfortable to work in a fast paced
  • Both written and verbal English communication skills
