The CFStudents Coordinator - Development position at Christ Fellowship is designed to assist individuals, whether early in their ministry experience or new to Christ Fellowship, in acquiring the necessary skills to excel within the CFStudents ministry. The role involves spiritual, personal, and professional development through mentoring and training. Key duties include collaborating on message series and curriculum, assisting in the planning and execution of CFStudents Global Events, participating in team meetings, and managing budgets. Hands-on ministry experience involves planning weekly student services, groups, outreaches, and events, communicating Biblical principles through teaching, recruiting volunteers, and mobilizing students within the church and ministry. The role is a full-time position that includes weekends and some week nights.
Must Have:
  • Experience in a student ministry environment (staff or volunteer).
  • Ability to communicate Biblical principles.

JOB SUMMARY: 

The CFStudents Coordinator - Development position at Christ Fellowship is designed to help people who are either early in their ministry experience, or experienced but new to Christ Fellowship, learn the necessary skills to excel within the CFStudents ministry of Christ Fellowship. We are currently seeking those who are passionate about ministry to middle and high schoolers.  You will have the opportunity to develop under some of the best leaders in ministry and work in a team environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

 

JOB DUTIES: 

  • Developing spiritually, personally, and professionally through mentoring, training, and other ministry opportunities at both the central and campus level.
  • Work with our Central Team, assisting with various projects such as: 
    • Collaborative message series and curriculum writing
    • Helping plan and execute CFStudents Global Events (VIVE Conf, Student Week, etc)
    • Participating in team meetings and Central Work Days
    • Budget planning and management
  • Hands-on ministry experience as you serve at one of our campuses on the weekend.  You will spend time doing such things as:
    • Helping plan and execute weekly student services, groups, outreaches and events
    • Communicating Biblical principles through preaching and teaching
    • Recruiting, equipping and empowering volunteers to serve our students
    • Investing in and mobilizing students to find their place in our church and ministry
    • Assisting campus team for weekend services and campus events

EDUCATION:

College graduate, or degree in progress.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Experienced with at least 1 year in a student ministry environment, either as staff or volunteer.

JOB SPECS: 

Classification: Full-time, salary (exempt), including weekends and some week nights.
