CFSEU Enrollment Coordinator

The CFSEU Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for growing the number of new students at CFSEU by leading new students through the admission process and assisting returning students in the Fire Ready process. This role involves guiding new students through admissions, supporting returning students, connecting with prospective students, and coordinating recruitment efforts.

Must Have

• Help new students move through the admissions process.
• Assist returning students in the Fire Ready process.
• Connect with prospective students.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating campus tours and assisting with recruitment events.
• Maintain the student management system on Rock.
• Develop, implement and execute systems to assist with enrollment.
• Manage CFSEU’s scholarship application process.
• Guide families engaging with CFSEU’s dual enrollment and enrichment experiences.
• Undergraduate Degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Good to Have

• Master Degree.

JOB SUMMARY:

The CFSEU Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for growing the number of new students at CFSEU by leading new students through the admission process and assisting returning students in the Fire Ready process.

JOB DUTIES:

• Help new students move through the admissions process.
• Assist the SEU Lakeland team to help returning students navigate the necessary steps to enroll.
• Connect with prospective students who have expressed interest in enrolling at CFSEU.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating campus tours and assisting with recruitment events.
• Maintain the student management system on Rock and support data management efforts.
• Develop, implement and execute systems to assist with enrollment.
• Manage CFSEU’s scholarship application process
• Guide families that are engaging with CFSEU’s dual enrollment and enrichment experiences.

EDUCATION:

Undergraduate Degree, Master Degree preferred

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of relevant experience
