Job Description

The Change Manager provides essential administrative and coordination support for initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, learning, and communication. This role involves assisting with the application of change management principles to ensure projects are well-supported, ultimately aiding in employee adoption and usage. The Coordinator will work with global, cross-functional teams, primarily in a support capacity, to help gather information regarding the impacts of change on people, processes, technology, and customer experience. A key responsibility will be to support the consistent application of our change management framework to assist in reducing resistance, minimizing unintended consequences, facilitating communication, and tracking solution adoption.
Must have:
  • Assist in applying established processes and tools for change adoption
  • Support coordination of impact analyses, stakeholder identification, and readiness assessments
  • Maintain and organize change management documentation, templates, and tools
  • Support development and execution of change management plans
  • Draft and format internal communication materials
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops and meetings
  • Assist in administering employee satisfaction surveys and compiling results
  • Maintain and update organizational charts
  • Support coordination of employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in developing and formatting training materials, user manuals, and implementation guides
  • Coordinate logistics for learning programs and training sessions
  • Support administration of employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain and organize learning and development documentation
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 1-3 years of administrative or coordination experience in project management, HR, or training environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within diverse global teams
  • Advanced skills in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

About The Opportunity:

The Change Manager provides essential administrative and coordination support for initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, learning, and communication. This role involves assisting with the application of change management principles to ensure projects are well-supported, ultimately aiding in employee adoption and usage. The Coordinator will work with global, cross-functional teams, primarily in a support capacity, to help gather information regarding the impacts of change on people, processes, technology, and customer experience. A key responsibility will be to support the consistent application of our change management framework to assist in reducing resistance, minimizing unintended consequences, facilitating communication, and tracking solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management & Communication

  • Assist in applying established processes and tools to support effective adoption of changes for various projects across the enterprise.
  • Support the coordination of impact analyses, stakeholder identification, and readiness assessments throughout project lifecycles.
  • Maintain and organize change management documentation, templates, and tools.
  • Support the development and execution of change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Draft and format internal communication materials such as memos, newsletters, and updates.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops and meetings designed to guide teams through transitions.

Employee Engagement & Organizational Development

  • Assist in administering employee satisfaction surveys and compiling results for analysis.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts, reflecting changes in personnel.
  • Support the coordination of employee engagement initiatives.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in developing and formatting training materials, user manuals, and implementation guides.
  • Coordinate logistics for learning programs and training sessions.
  • Support the administration of employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain and organize learning and development documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in other international languages is preferred. Superior proficiency in both written and oral communication is also required.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; or 1-3 years of administrative or coordination experience in a project management, HR, or training environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within diverse global teams, fostering teamwork and alignment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for document creation, data organization, and presentations. Familiarity with project collaboration tools is a plus.
