The Senior OCM Consultant leads and executes change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of organizational initiatives. This role focuses on the people side of change, driving engagement, communication, and readiness across impacted teams. The consultant partners with leadership and project teams to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts, acting as a trusted advisor during transformation efforts.

Must Have

  • Support and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations
  • Design and execute communication and engagement plans
  • Support coaching of leaders and project teams on change management best practices
  • Monitor and report on adoption metrics and success indicators
  • Collaborate with program managers and business leaders to integrate change activities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders during transformation efforts
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working in change management or organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling and creative communications
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Experience with transformation projects (IT, process improvement, cultural change)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience

Good to Have

  • Prosci or similar certifications

Position Overview

The Senior OCM Consultant is responsible for leading and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of organizational initiatives. This role focuses on the people side of change, driving engagement, communication, and readiness across impacted teams. The consultant partners with leadership and project teams to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations.
  • Design and execute communication and engagement plans tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Support the coaching of leaders and project teams on change management best practices.
  • Monitor and report on adoption metrics and success indicators, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with program managers and business leaders to integrate change activities into project plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders during transformation efforts.

Required Skillsets

  • This is a remote position based in the US
  • A minimum of three (2-3) years working in change management or organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling and creative communications.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with transformation projects (IT, process improvement, cultural change).
  • Prosci or similar certifications preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
