Filmhub is a global, all rights, film & TV distributor. Leveraging decades of industry expertise and a legacy of billions of dollars in global box office, we distribute unlimited opportunity to the storytellers, creatives, and makers who drive our industry.
Filmhub was founded by world-renowned composer and producer Klaus Badelt (Pirates of the Caribbean, Gladiator) and Silicon Valley entrepreneur Alan d’Escragnolle (Square, Intuit) and funded by the top investors in tech & entertainment including a16z & 8VC.
Pairing a global network of strategic relationships with cutting-edge technology, we represent the industry’s leaders, from producers of global blockbusters to Oscar legends, festival darlings, cinema auteurs, and indie heroes.
Filmhub connects thousands of films and series with the world’s leading services. Our strategic partners, from Tubi and Pluto to Amazon and Roku, represent the biggest opportunities for our filmmakers. We’re looking for someone to own those relationships day to day.
As Channel Partner Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between Filmhub and our top partner services, ensuring our filmmakers’ titles shine, our avails pipeline runs smoothly, and our relationships with partner teams stay strong. This is an individual contributor role based in Los Angeles, with direct visibility into the core drivers of Filmhub’s growth.
Over your first 12 to 18 months, you’ll tackle:
• How do we build a consistent, trusted rhythm with acquisitions and programming teams across our strategic partners?
• What’s the smartest way to track license lifecycles, deal performance, and rights availability so no opportunity slips through the cracks?
• How can we optimize Filmhub’s catalog (artwork, metadata, and publishing strategy) to maximize placement and monetization?
• How do we strengthen the partner experience so Filmhub becomes the obvious go-to for new titles?
• 5–8 years of experience managing accounts or partnerships within film, TV, or digital media distribution, ideally with exposure to ad-supported or subscription-based platforms.
• Proven record of owning partner relationships end-to-end.
• Strong SQL skills to monitor performance and partner health.
• Excellent communication—clear, timely, and audience-aware.
• Detail-obsessed: you know a missed date or broken metadata tag can mean lost revenue.
• A love of film and a passion for championing independent creators.
• Comfort operating across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Los Angeles for regular collaboration with partners and Filmhub leadership.
• Direct experience working with multiple major services (Tubi, Pluto, Roku, Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels, Amazon, etc.).
• History of securing priority placements or merchandising stunts.
• Success collaborating cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and operations.
• A background that bridges creative and analytical—you’ve written about media trends or made your own projects.
• You like testing, learning, and improving systems, from publishing tactics to SQL dashboards.
• You’re curious, tech-savvy, and love turning complexity into clarity.
