The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead the day-to-day operational functions of the organization, ensuring seamless, efficient, and compliant service delivery across all aspects of the Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) business. This executive position will drive operational excellence that will drive the ability to scale operations optimize workflows and support growth and innovation. The COO will play a critical leadership role, aligning operations with SS&C Health’s strategy and ensuring outstanding performance for clients, members, and stakeholders.
This role will report into SS&C Health’s General Manager and will be a key contributor to the leadership team.
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for providing leadership over the PBA operations including claims adjudication, call centers, mail/specialty pharmacy services, benefit design implementation, eligibility enrollment and formulary operations.
