Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our Cleveland team. This position involves managing client accounts, ensuring service satisfaction, and supporting client retention and growth. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and dedicated to providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs
Monitor and manage client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Identify opportunities to expand services or resolve issues proactively
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and account information
Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product/service guidance
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently or in a team setting
