Job Description

The Client Security Officer provides cybersecurity analysis and consultation across the enterprise. They lead audits and reviews designs for cybersecurity issues, act as a source of direction and training for stakeholders, and work with engineering teams to refine cybersecurity policies. They evaluate new technologies, provide technical advice in simulated attacks, and perform client transition activities. They also meet with clients to assist with the bid process as a technical SME. The role requires fluent trilingual communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Depth of experience in cybersecurity and compliance.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to provide effective cybersecurity governance.
  • Understanding of security concepts across all domains.
  • Experience in risk management, incident response, and compliance.
Good to have:
  • Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISM, (ISC)2, or CISSP.
  • Ability to apply regulatory and contract requirements.

Job Details

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Cybersecurity Analysis advice and consultation enterprise wide.
• Leads audits / reviews designs for cybersecurity issues.
• Acts as a source for direction, training and guidance for business partners, leadership and other stakeholders.
• Works with engineering teams to define and refine information / cybersecurity and systems management policies and settings.
• Evaluates new and improved products, technologies, and threat intelligence sources, making recommendations to leadership about how Unisys can remain state-of-the-art.
• Provides technical and tactical advice in the orchestration and execution of simulated systems attacks.
• Serves as a technical lead in the evaluation of attack parameters, identification of defense mechanisms and execution of effective / systemic countermeasures.
• Performs client transition activities
• Meets with clients to assist with bid process as a technical SME.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree
  • Trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, with fluent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
  • Depth of experience in cybersecurity and compliance
  • Depth of experience in customer facing roles
  • Experience and ability to provide effective governance for cybersecurity activities
  • Solid understanding of existing and emerging concepts across all security domains
  • Experience across multiple business sectors
  • Experience in actively performing risk management, security incident response, and compliance assurance
  • Ability to convey complex cybersecurity and technical topics to a non-technical or business audience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to communicate and present cybersecurity, risk and compliance matters effectively to C-Level individuals
  • Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISM, (ISC)2, or CISSP are highly desirable
  • Ability to apply regulatory, policy, and contract requirements in practical work
  • Analytical aptitude with an emphasis on critical thinking, balanced risk taking, and data-driven decision making
  • Effectively working in cross-functional and international teams
