Client Sales Support Rep

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides pre- and post-sales transactional and administrative support for an assigned product or service area.
• Supports the Sales & Sales Excellence teams with order processing and paperwork preparation.
• Enters sales information into Salesforce.com, ensuring accuracy and integrity at all times.
• Creates and submits sales logs and reports.
• Assists with order fulfillment and resolution of client or ordering / fulfillment problems.
• Other duties may include:
 o Taking inbound sales calls,
 o Providing administrative and logistic support for off-site sales events,
 o Helping with marketing projects and/or events,
 o Assisting with proposal creation and contract processing,
 o Providing administrative and logistical support for request for proposal (RFP) / request for information (RFI) responses.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
