Job Summary
This role involves collecting and analyzing client requirements, defining solution and pricing strategies, developing cost estimates, creating client-oriented proposals with service overviews and technical architectures, and leading solution reviews to secure stakeholder approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-user managed services and digital workplace solutions, with a focus on presales solution architecture.
Must Have
- Collect and analyze client requirements (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and volumetric data.
- Define solution and pricing strategy, develop effort and cost estimates.
- Perform cost modeling.
- Develop client-oriented proposals including service overview and architecture.
- Lead solution reviews and obtain necessary stakeholder approvals.
Good to Have
- Proficiency in German and/or French at a professional level
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a presales solution architect
Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
- University degree in business, finance or technology, or equivalent.
- An advanced level of English is mandatory; proficiency in German and/or French at a professional level would be highly beneficial.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in End User Managed Services / Digital Workplace Services (e.g., help desk, field and supply chain services, end user device management, productivity and collaboration), with a preference for 2 to 3 years of experience as a presales solution architect.
- Good understanding of the competitive landscape, products and/or services.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Collect and analyze client requirements (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and volumetric data (e.g., locations, SLAs, number of contacts and events, AHT, ToT, etc.).
- Define the solution and pricing strategy, working independently to develop effort and cost estimates, including assumptions, risk approach, and contingencies.
- Cost modeling.
- Develop client-oriented proposals that include a service overview, technology architecture, detailed service description, and expected benefits/results for the client.
- Lead solution reviews and obtain necessary approvals from key stakeholders before presentation.
