This role involves contributing to the evolution of work methods, seeking modern approaches to ensure product quality. The Junior Test Analyst will execute manual and automated tests, validate solutions with clients, and analyze test results. They will report bugs, work with multidisciplinary teams, and develop test plans and cases. The analyst will also participate in requirement gathering, define acceptance criteria, and support client acceptance testing, prioritizing tasks based on team guidelines and stakeholder feedback.

Must Have

• Develop test plans, functional/non-functional test cases, and execute manual and automated tests.
• Participate from initial requirement gathering, helping to describe acceptance criteria and monitor acceptance/homologation tests with the client.
• Prioritize own work based on team guidelines and stakeholder feedback.
• Complete graduation in technology area.
• Intermediate English for comprehension and reading.
• Proven experience as a software tester, software test engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge in Selenium Webdriver, SoapUI/Postman, JUnit/NUnit, JMeter.
• Knowledge in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) agile technique.

• Act from the initial phases of requirements gathering, helping to describe acceptance criteria and monitor acceptance/homologation tests with the client;
• Possess the ability to prioritize your own work based on the general guidelines defined by the team and feedback received from key stakeholders;

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Key Qualifications

• Complete graduation in the technology area;
• Intermediate English for comprehension and reading;
• Proven experience as a software tester, software test engineer or similar role;
• Possess knowledge in some of the following tools: Selenium Webdriver, SoapUI/Postman, JUnit/NUnit, JMeter;
• Possess knowledge in the agile development technique BDD (Behavior Driven Development);

This position is remote, however, if you reside in the city of São Paulo and regions and are within 24km of the Unisys office (south zone - João Dias bridge), you will have to come in person 3 times a week.
