Summary

The primary purpose of the Bilingual SAP Tosca Consultant role is to lead and deliver SAP testing and TOSCA automation services to customers using industry standards and best practices to meet TTC customer requirements. The Bilingual SAP Tosca Consultant will work collaboratively to build and establish the overall QA process with a focus on SAP landscapes and model based test automation through TOSCA. Responsibilities for this position also include mentoring QA personnel on SAP testing methodology, TOSCA frameworks, automation strategies, and other technical aspects. The Bilingual SAP Tosca Consultant may also assist in general application support of SAP production applications and systems, managing relationships with business owners, software vendors, auditors, and internal IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional knowledge, deep hands on experience with TOSCA automation, and the ability to lead both functional and technical discussions. They must be proactive, strategic, technically strong, and capable of performing hands on work as required.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with the customer on the design and implementation of comprehensive Test Activities across SAP modules and TOSCA automation that satisfy Test Objectives and ensure sustainable product Quality throughout the SDLC
  • Advise on all aspects of QA including SAP specific best practices, establishing metrics, applying leading TOSCA automation strategies, and developing tools and processes to meet quality goals
  • Develop, plan, execute, and maintain SAP test cases, TOSCA scripts, plans, and protocols for solutions under development
  • Participate in the deployment of SAP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and major implementations
  • Complete User Acceptance Testing to validate the end to end business flow across SAP modules
  • Identify opportunities for SAP test process optimization and TOSCA framework improvements with a focus on continuous improvement and customer value
  • Establish and evolve formal QA processes for SAP projects ensuring that the team is using best practices and scalable TOSCA automation approaches
  • Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of SAP releases and TOSCA automation delivery while managing customer expectations
  • Work with project management to meet SAP testing milestones and deliver high quality automated and manual testing solutions on time
  • Lead, collaborate, and mentor QA team members on SAP testing methods and TOSCA automation best practices while sharing domain knowledge to expand team capabilities

Technical Skills

  • Hands on experience with TOSCA automation including modules, test case design, execution, and automation framework development
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FIORI, MM, PM, SD, FICO, PP and QM, BW, EWM, BPC, APO, or others
  • Experience automating SAP applications using TOSCA including navigation, test case recording, and building reusable automation assets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to explain SAP and TOSCA technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor QA professionals in SAP testing and TOSCA automation
  • Ability to work independently, meet SAP project timelines, and adapt to changing requirements
  • Experience with SDLC including SAP business planning, data analysis, functional requirements analysis, and application design
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills related to SAP functional and TOSCA automation challenges
  • Ability to evaluate information from multiple SAP sources, assess risks, prioritize user needs, and design appropriate test solutions
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments
  • Knowledge of large-scale SAP deployments, implementations, support, and upgrade projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance including User Acceptance Testing, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Manual and Automated Testing. UAT experience is required
  • 3-6 years of SAP Functional Testing experience
  • 2-4 years of hands-on TOSCA automation experience
  • ISTQB Certification preferred
