Your impact
- Lead or contribute to the design of viable, multi-year managed service solutions.
- Map client needs to standardized GDS offerings and coordinate the complete solution development.
- Create cost inputs, architecture artifacts, and service design deliverables.
- Collaborate with delivery, sales, and finance teams to ensure solution validation and approval.
Stakeholder Relationship
- Have experience working with C-level stakeholders; currently the focus is on internal stakeholders, but it is expected to evolve towards external engagements.
- Present solutions in presales environments and clearly communicate the value of proposals.
- Analyze the client's current state, identify transformation levers, and define business-aligned roadmaps.
Demonstrate Value and Drive Innovation
- Translate GDS capabilities into concrete client outcomes.
- Identify gaps, risks, and differentiators during solution design.
- Share client learnings with offering teams to continuously improve services.
Learn, Grow, and Contribute
- Develop knowledge in all GDS areas (e.g., ITSM, SIAM, MIM, OCM, T&T, PMO).
- Contribute to team development through reviews, artifact creation, and continuous improvement.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Profile
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification (mandatory)
- University professional in systems engineering or related fields with a professional license.
- Between 4 and 8 years of experience in service management AND presales.
- Experience interacting with executive-level (C-Level) stakeholders; although currently working with internal interlocutors, evolution towards external environments is expected.
- Knowledge in the design, cost modeling, and delivery of managed services in a service provider (MSP) environment, including the use of productized and standardized solution models.
- High capacity for communication, business thinking, and a consultative approach.
