Job Description

This role seeks a professional with a strong technical background and experience in critical network and security environments. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of network infrastructures, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams. Responsibilities include supporting LAN/WLAN technologies, participating in network projects, and managing support services for corporate network and security infrastructures, data centers, and NOCs, utilizing tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow.
Must Have:
  • Solid knowledge in LAN and WLAN technologies (Cisco and Meraki preferred).
  • Proven experience in network support in 24x7 medium and large environments.
  • Participation in medium and high complexity network projects.
  • Experience in managed support services for corporate network, security, data centers, and NOCs.
  • Familiarity with SolarWinds and ServiceNow.
  • Customer-oriented skills for incident, change, requirement management, and report generation.
  • Intermediate English level for technical reading and international collaboration.
  • University degree in systems engineering, telecommunications engineering, or related fields.
  • Cisco CCNA certification.

  • Intermediate English level, with technical reading ability and communication in international collaborative environments.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • University degree - completed undergraduate in systems engineering, telecommunications engineering or related fields.
  • Cisco CCNA certification.
  • Conversational English.
