As the Network Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Guardian Dental’s network of providers by delivering exceptional service to both internal associates and external partners. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of provider applications, maintaining data integrity across systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth and stability of the dental provider network. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a production and quality-driven environment.

You Will

  • Review and process new provider applications, request missing documentation, and enter data across multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update provider records, respond to inquiries from shared email boxes, and generate reports to support business needs.
  • Communicate professionally with providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency in written correspondence.
  • Make outbound calls to verify provider data and resolve discrepancies identified through claims and inaccuracy reports.
  • Support multiple departments in initiatives aimed at improving the provider experience and expanding the network.
  • Manage provider records to reduce duplication and enhance data integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet turnaround times and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Assist with escalated inquiries and participate in special projects beyond day-to-day responsibilities.

You Have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience working with web-based systems and navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent Guardian effectively in all interactions.

Location & Travel

  • Location: Remote
  • Travel: Occasional (1–2 times per year for departmental conferences)

Salary Range:

$41,890.00 - $62,830.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
