The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised, independent, and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role involves managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, sales planning and coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the project manager for key accounts, ensuring all client deliverables and campaign milestones are met.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all relevant information and materials are prepared in advance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal databases with client information and interaction details.
- Partner with Sales and Trading teams to support RFP responses, pricing, and media plan creation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Handle client complaints and issues, working towards effective resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Support the sales team with client onboarding and training processes.
- Work in partnership with investment team to deliver client facing insights
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Must be located in New York City.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google product Suite, and project management systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Salary Expectations:
$55,000 base + commission
